Blanca I. Hernandez (53) of Brockton died Dec. 2nd in her home after a brief illness. She was the wife of Jose Solorzano.
She was born in Naranjito, Puerto Rico daughter of the late Maria Cristina Sostre Corozal and Francisco Hernandez. She loved her family, going out to eat, playing bingo and traveling to the various casinos.
In addition to her husband she is survived by 4 daughters, Sandra Garcia, Maria Garcia, Elizabeth Lemons all of Brockton and Annie Lucas of Taunton, 4 sons, Miguel Hernandez of Puerto Rico, Reinaldo Vazques of Fla, Peter Vazques of Texas and Israel Vazques of NY, 9 grandchildren, William Faria, Tyhana Mejia, Saviel Peguero, Angelica Pagan, Blanca Peguero, Nyannie Rodriguez, Jamilia Peguero, Nadia Peguero and Vincent Lucas 5th, a great granddaughter, Elisandra Rosario.
Funeral Services will be held in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel Friday Dec. 6th at 10 am. Burial will follow in Melrose Cemetery. Visitation Thurs Dec. 5th from 5-8 pm.
