Helen (Fleming) Orrok 96, of Concord formerly of Eastman NH and Waban died on Friday October 1st at the Life Care Center of Acton. Born in Boston Helen was a resident of Waban for over 40 years before moving to Eastman NH and later moving to Acton where she has resided for the past 15 years. While in Waban Helen was a well known artist, painting table trays and furniture. She also taught art for many students over the years from home in Waban. Helen was the beloved wife of the late John H. Orrok who died in February of 1990. Loving mother of Joan D. Newton of Concord and James F. Orrok of Mountain Home AR. Brother of William Douglas Fleming of Brooksville FL. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Funeral services at the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Ave Needham on Tuesday October 5th at 10:30 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours Monday 7-9 PM. Interment services will be held at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Dorchester. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Assoc. 36 Cameron Ave. Cambridge, MA 02140-1102.
