Bret Neil Rutherford, age 49 of Anderson, Indiana died unexpectedly on November 27, 2013 at Warsaw, Indiana. He was born May 19, 1964 in Frankton, Indiana to Larry Rutherford and Lois Lawler.
He was a truck driver for Cox Transfer for the past four years, and he served in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife, Alecia (Dillingham) Rutherford of Anderson, Mother: Lois (Dave) Lawler, a son, Justin Rutherford of Indianapolis, IN; a daughter, Elaini Rutherford of Indianapolis, IN a sister, Rhonda (Mike) Klinefelter of Alexandria, Indiana and Several Nieces and Nephews
He was preceded in death by his sister, Penny Lopez.
Funeral Services will be held, Monday, December 2, 2013 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service, Anderson, IN at 2:00 PM. Officiated by Ed Hyatt from South Meridian Church of God.
Visitation will be, Monday, December 2, 2013 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service, Anderson, IN from 12-2 PM.
Cremation will take place.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Animal Protection League.
