HOLYOKE – Joanne T. (Hardaker) Turcotte, 65, of the Beaven Kelly Home in Holyoke, was Called Safely Home on Monday, November 25, 2013. She passed into Eternal Life at Holyoke Medical Center surrounded by the care and comfort of her loving family. She was born in Holyoke on October 17, 1948, a beloved daughter of the late Leonard J. and Catherine Claire (Miller) Hardaker. She was raised in Holyoke, graduated from Holyoke Catholic High School and was a lifelong resident of Holyoke. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her loving sister, Eileen Devore; and her loving brother-in-law, John Devine. She leaves her loving sisters, Catherine C. LaCroix and her husband, Gerald, of Chicopee, Carol A. Devine of Ludlow and her twin sister, Jeanne Lamothe of Chicopee; and her many cherished nephews, nieces, aunts and uncles. A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Beaven Kelly Home in Holyoke followed by her burial at Saint Jerome Cemetery in Holyoke.
