Ruth Quinn Hardy
Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Tuesday, November 26, 2013, Frances Ruth Hardy, 83, wife of the late John Berry Hardy.
Mrs. Hardy was a native of Augusta and lived in the Augusta area most of her life. She was the secretary at Hardy Plumbing Company.
Family members include daughters: Frances Widener and husband David of North Augusta, SC, Doris Ordonez and husband Ernie of Jacksonville FLA, Margaret Kim and husband Jae of Appling GA, sons: John B. Hardy, Jr. and wife Amy of Waynesboro GA, Martin Hardy and wife Kimberly of Augusta GA, Jim Hardy and wife Janine of Harlem GA; numerous grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister Mary Bone.
A graveside service will be held Friday, November 29, 2013, 11:00 A.M. at Westover Memorial Park with Rev. Archie Moore officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Child Evangelism at 4246 Washington Rd, Evans, GA 30809 or to Sharon Baptist Church at
6262 Cobbham Rd, Appling, GA 30802.
The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside.
