Geraldine P. (Andrews) Nightlinger, 89, of Fairhaven died November 24, 2013 at Sippican Healthcare Center.
She was the wife of the late James L. Nightlinger.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Manuel and Amelia (Britton) Andrews, she lived in New Bedford most of her life before moving to Fairhaven 17 years ago.
She enjoyed traveling, playing bingo and cards.
Survivors include 4 sons, James Nightlinger and his wife Deborah of New York, Larry Nightlinger and his wife Kathleen of Rochester, Steven Nightlinger and his wife Terri of Washington and Brian Nightlinger of New Bedford; 2 daughters, Jane Faria and her husband Robert of Middleboro and Barbara Barba and her husband Jack of New Bedford; a brother, Kenneth Andrews of Rhode Island; 13 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours Tuesday, November 26th from 4-8 PM in the Saunders-Dwyer Mattapoisett Home for Funerals, 50 County Rd., Route 6, Mattapoisett. Burial will be private.
