Estoria Griner Reynolds, 89, of Ocilla, Georgia, died Monday, November 18, 2013, at Palemon Gaskins Memorial Nursing Home in Ocilla.
Graveside services will be held 10AM, Thursday, November 21, 2013, at Old Valley Grove Cemetery in Irwin County, with Elder Charles Tyson officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 at the Funeral Home in Ocilla.
Mrs. Reynolds was born December 14, 1923, in Ocilla to the late Jack Alexander and Mary Jane Oliver Griner. In 1982, Mrs. Reynolds returned to Ocilla from Clermont, Florida. She enjoyed gardening, yard work and bicycle riding but her favorite pastime was that of being a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a member of Old Valley Grove Primitive Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters: Mary Wildman of Cape Coral, Florida and Carol Thompson of Fitzgerald; two stepsons: Ronald Lee Reynolds of Lake Helen, Florida and Randy Reynolds of Orlando, Florida; a stepdaughter: Linda Reynolds Starting of Jacksonville, Florida; eleven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and one brother Earl Griner of Clermont, Florida. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Lee Reynolds, two sisters and one brother.
