p>New Bedford Evelyn (Mendonca) Pacheco, 88, of So. Dartmouth , died Tuesday September 28, 2004, In Fairhaven. She was the wife of the late Manuel T. Pacheco. was the mother of Elaine Pinto and her husband Joseph of Dartmouth, Evelyn Richard , and her husband of Roger O. of Fairhaven, Son David T. Pacheco of Dartmouth also a deceased daughter Inez Soto 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, . Mrs. Pacheco was the sister of the late Beatrice Lewis, Olga Gomes John Mendonca and George Mendonca.
Mrs. Pacheco was born in Dartmouth and lived in ther most of her life. She was the daughter of the late Augustine P. and Rosa Branco (Costa) Mendonca
Mrs. Pacheco's funeral will be Friday October 1, 2004, from the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. at 8:45 A.M. with a Funeral Mass at St.Mary's Church, So. Dartmouth, MA. at 10 AM Visiting hours will be Thursday September 30, 2004 from 4 to 8 P.M.
