Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Service in the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, CHELSEA on Tuesday, November 19th at 10 AM. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Monday from 4-8 PM. Services will conclude with interment at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA. Born in Rockville Center, New York 64 years ago, Rick passed away unexpectedly at home Thursday morning. A United States Army Veteran, since 1990, he was a host and bartender for the Brown Jug. Prior to that he was employeed for 10 years at Hertz in East Boston. A member of the Cary Square Club, the Winnisimmet Club, the Irish Club coach for the Chelsea Little League and CYBL and ran the annual Brown Jug Golf Tournament.
