Albertina (Dupont) Rego, age 82 of N. Dartmouth passed away Nov. 14, 2013. She was the widow of David Rego and daughter of the late Theophilo and Maria (Medeiros) Dupont. She was a retired homemaker health aide at Community Health Care and a member of St. George Church and its’ Women’s Guild.
Mrs. Rego was the mother of David Rego (wife Denise) of Tiverton and Alan Rego (wife Tina) of Fall River; sister of George Dupont of Tiverton, Jesse Dupont of Somerset, John Dupont of Tiverton and the late Alice Kelly, Mary Barboza, Evelyn Dupont, Alfred Dupont, Theophilo Dupont, Antone Dupont and Manuel Dupont. She also leaves grandchildren Emily Rose Rego, Alan James Rego and Jessica Oliveira, 1 great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. 1521 N. Main St., Fall River MONDAY at 9:45 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. George Church, Westport at 11 A.M. Interment in Hillside Cemetery, Tiverton. Calling hours SUNDAY 4-7 P.M. www.rogersfuneral.com
