Marion (Perry) Rose age 93 of Provincetown, died Sunday November 11, 2013 at Cape Cod Hospital. She was the wife of the late Edwin Rose. Born in Provincetown on August 24, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Manuel and Lucy (Valentine) Perry. She had been a telephone operator in Provincetown and was employed by New England Telephone and Telegraph Company for many years. She was a graduate of Provincetown High School.
She is survived by her nephew Thomas Days of Truro, her niece Shirley Fratus of Falls Church, VA and her good friend Michael Lussier of Provincetown.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday November 15, 2013 at St. Peter the Apostle Church 11 Prince St. Provincetown at 10:00am, followed by burial in the family lot at St. Peter Cemetery. Visiting Hours are Thursday from 4-6pm at the Gately Funeral Home 94 Harry Kemp Way Provincetown.
