Obituary

Kleonike (Vlahos) Doukeris, 85, of Manchester, died November 13, 2013 at the Courville at Manchester after a period of declining health.
She was born in Eptahorian, Greece on March 7, 1928 to Michael and Aspasia (Gatou) Vlahos.
She was married to Stavros Doukeris who died in 1994.
Along with her husband, she was the owner and operator of the Clam Box restaurant in Hampton and Pinardville for many years. She was a communicant of St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral where she was a member of Anagennesis Ladies Society.
The family includes two sons, Andonios “Tony” Doukeris and Michael Doukeris and his wife, Joanne, all of Manchester; two grandchildren, Christy Beauchemin and Stavros Doukeris; a sister, Zoitsa Donis of Greece; and cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a sister, Evanthia Bantis and a brother, Spiros Vlahos.
The funeral was held on Monday, November 18, 2013 at St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 650 Hanover St., Manchester. The Rev. Andrew Mahalares officiated. Committal prayers followed at Pine Grove Cemetery, Calef Road, Manchester.
