Obituary

William Paul “Bill” Duguay, Jr., 56, of Raymond, died Saturday, November 9, 2013 as the result of a fire at his residence. Mr. Duguay was born April 12, 1957 in Torrance, CA and was the son of the late William P., Duguay, and Bertha (Gamache) Duguay Kennedy. He was raised primarily in NH, and was a graduate of Goffstown High School.

Bill was an accomplished boxer; kick boxer, and weight lifter. He competed in the New England Golden Gloves competition and toured as a member of Murphy’s Gym of Manchester. He was a black belt in American Combat Self Defense, and a boxing coach for many years with the Manchester Police Athletic League. Bill was also a long time official and loader at many Olympic style, and power lifting competitions around New England. He was also a very familiar figure in the Raymond Community. Bill will always be remembered for his love of people, especially his family.

Members of the family include his three sisters, Benita Constantino and her husband Angelo (Archie), of Manchester, Bernadette Virgin and her husband Victor of Franklin, and Beth Gage of Goffstown, his step father, Robert Kennedy of Glendale, AZ., his beloved niece and nephews, Marc, Garrett, and his wife Christina, Emma, Ian, Cody, Kyle and Myles, and a great niece, Shauna, as well as many step- brothers and sisters, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by a nephew, Angelo Constantino, Jr.

After cremation, visiting hours will be held Thursday November 14, 2013, from 4 to 8 pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry, NH. A celebration of his life will begin at 7 pm, please come and share some memories. Burial of his cremated remains will be Friday November 15, at 10 am at Mont Calvary Cemetery of Manchester. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
