Cherished mother of James Ribeiro and Karen Spinosa of Woburn, Robert Ribeiro and Kevin Moore of Boston, Richard and Donna Ribeiro of Somerville, Ronald Ribeiro and GiGi of Leominster and the late Steven and Gilbert Ribeiro, Jr.
Proud grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Funeral from the Brown-Flaherty Funeral Home, 261 Washington Street, Union Square, Somerville on Friday at 10am.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Joseph Church at 11am.
Relatives and friends gratefully invited.
Visiting hours Thursday 4-8pm.
Florence was sworn in as the first woman Constable in Somerville in 1965. She attained a 25 year distinguished career at the Somerville District Court.
Interment Mt. Auburn Cemetery.
