Boston – Jacob J. Perry, 6-month-old son of Brian J. and Christine J. (Cohoon) Perry, of Westport died Friday, September 24, 2004 at Children’s Hospital.
Including his parents, survivors include paternal grandparents: Joseph Perry, Jr. and Muriel A. Perry; maternal grandparents: Bruce A. Cohoon and Jane A. Cohoon; maternal great grandmother: Dorothy Cohoon; a brother: Nicholas Ouellette-Perry; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be private.
At the request of the family there will be no visitation.
Interment will be private.
