Charlotte (Lambert ) Guertin, 88, died on November 1, 2013 at The Holiday in Manville, RI. She was the wife of the late Armand R. Guertin. Born in Woonsocket, February 24, 1925, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Georgianna (Gervais) Lambert and sister of the late Claire Leclerc, Pearl Dumas and Robert Lambert.
She was a member of the 1943 graduating class of St. Clare High School and also attended Hill College. She served as a bookkeeper/office manager for a combined
Upon her retirement, she and her husband moved to Florida, where they remained for seven years before returning to Woonsocket. Her husband, Armand Guertin died in 2005.
She is survived by her son Walter Lambert Guertin and his wife Susan, of Belmont, MA and her two grandchildren, Robert Lambert Guertin and Karleen May Guertin.
Her funeral with visitation will be held Thursday at 9:00 AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St., Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Precious Blood Church, Carrington Ave. Woonsocket. Burial will be held in Resurrection Cemetery in Cumberland.
