James “Bart” Hammack, 78, went home to his lord Saturday November 2, 2013 at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center.
He was born In Louisville, was a self-employed Carpenter and a member of Shively Baptist Church.
Survivors include his loving wife of 27 years, Judy (Farmer) Hammack; his children: Deborah Atherton, Steven Hammack, Sheree Burke, Tracy Dale,
Jeff Herndon (Barbara) and Diane Davis (Darrell); 15 Grandchildren and several Great Grandchildren and his loving dog Zsa Zsa.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial to follow in Bethany Cemetery.
Visitation will be Wednesday 2 – 8 PM.
