Concord– Patricia Ann (Jameson) Hernandez, 43, died October, 31, 2013 with her family by her side at Concord Hospital following a lengthy illness.
She was born in Manchester on September 12, 1970 the daughter of Daniel W. and Patricia (Krajewski) Jameson.
She graduated from Manchester Central High School and later attended Manchester Community College.
She was a strong, kind hearted woman who loved her son and her family.
Family members include her son, Brandon M. Jameson of Manchester, her mother Patricia Jameson of Concord, 2 brothers, Daniel W. Jameson Jr., of Concord, Richard Jameson of Pennacook, her aunt and uncle Jeannette and Majid Mokhberi of Manchester, her husband, Felix Hernandez of Concord, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial reception will take place on Wednesday from 5 to 7 PM at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St. A prayer service will be held at 6:30 PM during the reception.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Patty’s name to the Muscular Dystrophy Association to end Friedreich’s Ataxia, 360 Route 101, Unit # 5 Bedford, NH 03110.
