Gerard LaBonte, 82, of Hudson, Florida formerly of Franklin and Milford died suddenly October 31 in his home.
Born in Boston, June 8, 1931, the son of the late Gerard and Anna (Aylward) LaBonte, Mr. LaBonte had lived in Franklin for many years prior to moving to Florida.
Mr. LaBonte had been an accountant for Commonwealth Electric for many years before retiring.
He had been a member of the Knights of Columbus, Sacred Heart Council 1848, the Edward D. White General Assembly 0398 and also a member of the Aripeka BPO Elks.
Mr. LaBonte served in the Air Force during the Korean War as private.
He was the father of the late Marc LaBonte.
He is also survived by his sister Mary Alice Hamilton of South Carolina and was the brother of the late Katherine Williams.
He is also survived by a niece and several nephews.
Services will be private.
