Williams, Phyllis Maud (Kent), 95, of Louisville passed away Tuesday October 29, 2013.
Phyllis was a native of Pond Creek & Stone, KY. & a member of Bethany United Methodist Church, Eastern Star Stone Chapter #533 & I.A.A.. She had retired in 1989 as a executive secretary for the Dover Corporation.
Preceded in death by her husband, Earl Younger Williams; two brothers, Earl L. Kent (Rose) & Clarence Kent (Ellen); a nephew, Richard E. Kent.
Survivors include her five nieces & nephews, John L. Kent (Karen), George L. Kent (Dena), Diann R. Mohon (Richard), Tommy Kent & Mary K. Ellis; ten great nieces & nephews and many great great nieces & nephews.
The family would like to thank the doctors & staff at Baptist East Hospital & Hosparus of Louisville for the loving care she received.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Saturday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be 2:00 – 8:00 pm Friday.
