Lee Edwin Hartsfield, age 74, died Saturday, October 26, 2013 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford, MS. He was born August 16, 1939 in Water Valley, MS to the late Burlin and Jewel Rushing Hartsfield. Lee was a member of Camp Ground Baptist Church in Water Valley, MS.
Visitation is planned for Monday, October 28, 2013 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley. A graveside service will be held at 4:00 pm on Monday, October 28, 2013 in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Water Valley with Bro. Jerry King officiating. Jonathan Furr, Josh Sullivan, Joey Sullivan and Tim Furr will serve as pallbearers.
Lee is survived by his aunt, Ila Jewel Johnson of Water Valley, MS; two cousins, Bertha Lou McCullar and Shelby Furr (Hilman) all of Water Valley, MS; and a very dear friend, Christin Acup of Water Valley, MS.
