Augusta, GA – John Arnold Adams, 53, entered into rest on Friday, October 25, 2013.
A Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at 6:00 PM at The Church of the Good Shepherd with The Reverend Robert D. Fain and The Reverend John West officiating and Parish Clergy. The family will receive friends following the service at the Parish Hall.
Survivors include his partner of 17 years, Donald James Edmunds; his mother, Evelyn Morris Adams; his father Richard Wade Adams; two sons, Daniel Barrett Edmunds, Seth Adam Gardner; one daughter, Mary Frances Edmunds; one brother, Julian Wade Adams, Albany, NY.
John was a RN Case Manager for University Hospital.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to Judge Danny Craig, Major Scott Peebles, Sgt Ronald Sylvester of the Richmond County Sheriff’s Department, the Harlem Chief of Police Gary Jones, the Harlem Police Department, and the entire search and rescue team for their thoughtful and dedicated services throughout this very difficult time.
