In Boston, October 21, 2013, Corey L. Dominick, age 34, passed away in Mass General Hospital following a courageous battle with colon cancer. Corey is survived by his loving wife Sarah (Ballantyne) Dominick of Norton. He was born in Stoughton, the son of John and LaDonna (Parker) Dominick of Raynham. Corey has resided in Norton since 2004 and was formerly of Raynham. He attended Raynham schools and graduated from Stonehill College in N. Easton, Class of 2001. Corey was employed at the John Hancock Co. in Boston as a business systems analyst. He was an avid Patriots, Red Sox and Bruins fan. He enjoyed golfing and playing board games and above all cherished his time with family and friends. Corey leaves his two children Kelsey and Harrison Dominick of Norton. He also leaves his brother Jarrod and his wife, Cara, and his niece and nephews Hayden, William and Westley of Roswell, GA. Corey leaves his father-in-law Richard Ballantyne of Carver and mother-in-law Kristina Ballantyne of Taunton. Corey also leaves several aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Raynham on Saturday, October 26th at 11 am. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Friday at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington Street, Taunton, MA 02780 from 4-8 pm. Burial will be in Pleasant Street Cemetery in Raynham. In lieu of flowers, donations in Corey’s memory may be made to Kelsey and Harrison’s college fund or the Jimmy Fund.
