Obituary

Deborah Ann (Banfield) Frazer, 54, of Medway died Sunday, October 20, 2013 at her home following a courageous battle with lung cancer.

Born in Boston on June 4, 1959, she was a daughter of the late Charles M. and Patricia A. (Melinn) Banfield.

Deborah grew up in Dover, graduated from Dover-Sherborn High School in 1977 and moved to Medway in 1996.

She was an office manager at The Paint Project in Medfield for the past 14 years and previously worked at New England Instrument in Woonsocket for over 20 years.

Deborah enjoyed the outdoors; especially fishing, hiking and snowshoeing. She loved spending time with her family, vacationing in Newfoundland, Canada and Phippsburg, ME and adored her dogs.

She is survived by her partner of 13 years, Bill James, her daughter Lindsey Frazer of Medway, a grandson Cameron Ethier of Medway, her twin sister Elisabeth Zaffino and her husband Robert of Dover and her sister-in-law Debbie (Hoyt) Banfield of Beaufort, SC.

She is also survived by a niece Julie Schuler and her husband Kevin and their son Charlie of Milford, and a nephew Josh Zaffino of Dover.

She was the sister of the late Robert Banfield of Beaufort, SC.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at Christ Episcopal Church, 14 School St., Medway on Monday, October 28 at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery in Medway.

Calling hours will be on Sunday from 4 – 8 p.m. in the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber St., Medway
