FRANCES IRENE THOMPSON, 87, passed away on October 19, 2013. She was a homemaker and a member of Shively Christian Church. Irene was preceded in death by her husband Claude D. Thompson. Survivors include her children, David Thompson, Richard A. Thompson (Julie), Christy Dilbeck (James P.), Andrew G. Thompson (Cheryl) and Randal S. Thompson (Becky); grandchildren, Amy Beth DeRoche (Daniel), Olivia Thompson, Drew Thompson (Chelsae), Ryan Dilbeck, Allie Thompson, and Matthew Dilbeck; and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 12 p.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be from 2 – 8 p.m. Monday.
