Marilyn K. Dashler

Marilyn K. Dashler, 77, of Chesterfield, died October 13, 2013 at Millers Merry Manor in Chesterfield following an extended illness.
She was born December 2, 1935 in Chesterfield, the daughter of Emerson and Sue Crosley. She attended Daleville High School. She was a homemaker and mother; was a member and active as a greeter and in the Circle at Bethany Christian Church, served on the board of Millcreek Community Center, and was a member of the Red Hat Society and Domino Dollies.
Survivors include, two sons: Ronald Dashler (fiancée Laura Koger) of Anderson, and Phillip Lee (Kristen) Dashler of Muncie; a daughter, Robin Renee Dashler of Nicholasville, KY; 7 grandchildren: Brandon (Danielle) Dashler, Kelsi (Mark) Goodman, Lauren (Ricky) Bradshaw, Megan Dashler, Brianna Dashler, Karli Byerly, and Emily Dashler; 10 Great Grandchildren; a sister, Debbie (David) Johnson of Florida; and several nieces and nephews
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Dashler, parents, sister, Carolyn Williamson and half brother Jimmy Crosley.
Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at Rozelle Johnson Funeral Service, officiated by Bob Bell. Burial will follow at Bronnenberg Cemetery in Chesterfield. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 16, from 4 PM to 8 PM.
The family would like to offer a special thank you to Miller's Merry Manor in Chesterfield for their loving care in Marilyn's final years.
Memorial contributions may be given to Millcreek Community Center in Chesterfield.
