Dennis Woodcock, 66, of Westport died Thursday, October 10, 2013 at Spaulding Nursing & Therapy Center, Boston. Born in Fall River, he was son of the late Clarence and Margaret (Winters) Woodcock. A veteran of the Vietnam War, he served his country in the United States Army and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for meritorious service. Mr. Woodcock was manager of the Westport Social Athletic Club.
Survivors include 2 sons: Dennis C. Woodcock of WA and Timothy H. Woodcock of MA; a brother: Timothy Woodcock; a sister: Shawna Woodcock; 2 granddaughters: Lauren and Hailey; his former wife: Chom Ye Yi; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Thursday, October 17, 2013 at Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport at 10:00 A.M.
