Obituary

Harold Willis Jaudon, age 80, died Saturday, October 12, 2013 at his home in Water Valley, MS. He was born May 5, 1933 in Panola County, MS to the late Joe and Elizabeth Roberson Jaudon. Harold was a faithful member of North Main Methodist Church in Water Valley where he formerly served as a lay leader and Sunday School superintendent. He was a member of the Odd Fellows, holding many offices over the years including the title of Grand Master. Harold graduated from Northwest Community College and worked for many years as a librarian, then later went to work at Big Yank where he retired as a Dock Supervisor. He enjoyed tinkering with electronics, fishing, and staying busy. Harold was a collector of clocks and guitars, and enjoyed playing a variety of musical instruments. He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Visitation will be held October 14, 2013 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley, MS. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 in the Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks with Rev. Doug Pepper and Bro. Fred Eakes officiating. Burial will be in the Pine Flat Cemetery in Lafayette County, MS.

Harold is survived by his wife, Lola Ann Taylor Jaudon of Water Valley, MS; two daughters, Cheryl Fly (Tim) and Lisa Mills (Tim) all of Water Valley, MS; three grandchildren, Brittany Mills Scero, Austin Brooke Mills and Tanner Brian Mills; and one great-grandchild, Emersyn Ray Scero.
