Catherine E. (Langille) O'Sullivan, 88, Salem, passed away at Pleasant Valley Nursing Home Thursday October 10th. She was born in Lawrence daughter of the late Duncan and Mary (Langan) Langille. Catherine was raised and educated in Methuen and later was a graduate of Macintosh Business School Class of 1942. After graduating Catherine worked as an accountant and prior to retirement she worked at the IRS in Andover and in her free time she was a member of the Senior Center in Salem NH and was a parishioner of St Monica's Church.
Catherine is predeceased by her husband Patrick O'Sullivan, and is survived by two daughters Elizabeth A. Elias and her husband Carlos of Methuen, Cathleen J. O'Sullivan and her companion Peter Swett of Salem NH, three sons Patrick O'Sullivan Jr. and his wife Joan of Salem NH, Michael O'Sullivan and his wife June of Derry NH, James O'Sullivan and his wife Karen of Boscawen NH, two sisters Grace McKay and her husband William of Methuen, Constance Carney and her husband James of Methuen, ten grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband Catherine is also predeceased by a daughter Mary Ellen O'Sullivan.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Mass of Christian Burial on Friday October 18th at 10 AM at St Monica's Church in Methuen.
