Audrey Johnson, 92, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. Born in Edmonson Co. he retired after 40 years of service with the L & N Railroad, he was a WWII Army veteran serving in Europe and the Pacific ,he was a member of the former Shively Heights Church. He is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Mildred; his son, Kevin D. Johnson (Margaret); Three grandchildren, Rob, Tony and Angela and three great-grandchildren. His funeral will be 1 pm Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy, with burial at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation 12 noon to 8 pm Friday and after 11 am until funeral on Saturday.
