Ms. Lisa Kelly Ryan, 43, of Middleboro, MA passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2013 at the Hope Health McCarthy Care Center in East Sandwich after a brief illness. She was born in Berlin on June 17, 1970, the daughter of the late Michel and Frances (Bergquist) Kelly.
Members of Lisa’s family include her children, BrittanyLee Ryan and Tucker John Ryan of East Bridgewater, MA, her partner Chris Bowden of Middleboro, MA, her sister Cindy O’Connor of Charlotte, NC, and her brothers Richard Adams of Waterford, VT and Michael Kelly of Winthrop, MA. Other members of Lisa’s family include nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and a myriad of friends whose lives were enriched by her kindnesses great and small.
A long-time employee at the VCA South Shore Animal Hospital in South Weymouth, MA, Lisa was passionate about animals, extending her heart and her home to numerous rescued dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, and birds through the years. A talented photographer, Lisa was often the person at a gathering with her face behind the lens, and her photographs decorate the homes of many of her friends and relations.
Relatives and friends are welcome to call at a wake on Friday, October 4th at the Dahlberg MacNevin Funeral Home at 280 Bedford Street in Lakeville, MA from 2 to 5 p.m. A graveside service will be held on Saturday October 5 at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Milan, NH at noon. The Bryant Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
