Gary A. Woodruff, 55, died September 27, 2013 at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis.
Born May 7, 1958 in Anderson.
He was a Manager at Harvest Supermarket in Elwood.
He was a member of the National Guard and VFW Post 1552.
Survivors include a son, Jeremy Woodruff; mother, Esther Kearns; father, Phillip T. (Kathy) Woodruff; all of Anderson; sister, Cathy (Jack) Taylor of Carthage; half brother, Ed (Christina) Junkersfeld of Alexandria; two nieces, Ashley and Britney Taylor; 2 step-children, Tia Keffer and Nathan Painter and a special friend, Jo Hughes.
Preceded in death by wife, Ruth L. Painter-Woodruff and a step-father, Albert Kearns.
Service 11:00 A.M on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Pastor Jeff Floyd officiating. Visitation will be an hour prior to the service. Burial in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family for funeral expenses.
