Pasala “Pat” Vickers Tucker, 84, of Tifton died Thursday, September 26, 2013, at her residence. A graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2013, in Tift Memorial Gardens. Rev. Jimmy Albritton will officiate with burial to follow. Ricky Carrington, Daniel Raby, Keith Green and Kevin Green will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Friday, September 27, 2013, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Mrs. Tucker was born on October 1, 1928 in Wadley, Alabama and was the daughter of Eubulus Vickers and Mary Flossie Fuller Vickers, both deceased. She was also preceded in death by six brothers and four sisters. She was a homemaker and a member of Eastside Baptist Church.
Mrs. Tucker is survived by her husband, Willie Tucker of Tifton; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Timothy Tucker and Greg and Anne Tucker, all of Tifton; one brother and sister-in-law, James and Lucille Vickers of Tifton; one sister and brother-in-law, Resa and Glenn Green of Tifton; three grandchildren, Brandy Tucker, Brooke Tucker and Brittany Bates; and seven great-grandchildren.
