Philip P. Frontiera Sr. died peacefully on Monday, September 23. Born and raised in Boston, he was the son of the late Vincent and Ida (Moscarella) Frontiera. Philip Proudly served in the US Army during World War II.
Philip was the beloved husband of Anna M. (Antonelli), the devoted father of Philip Frontiera Jr. and his partner Roberta Hatch of Medford, Donna Weser and her husband Steve of Revere, Debbie Irr and her husband James of Quincy, the late Vincent Frontiera, and he was the father-in-law of Wilma Frontiera of Kansas. Philip is also survived by 7 loving grandchildren and 5 loving great grandchildren. Brother of Sarah Lovasco of East Boston, Rose Parisi of Medford, Mary Gizzi of FL and the late Sam, John, Vincent, Mamie, Jenny and Paulie Frontiera.
A funeral service will be celebrated in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Saturday, September 28 at 11:30 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family from 10-11:30 AM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery in Medford.
