In Taunton, formerly of Medford, September 19, 2013 Dr. Wayne F. Hight passed away at his home with his family by his side at the age of 72. Wayne was the only son of Hebert and Eileen (Hall) Hight and brother of the late Jeanne Payton Van Orman. Dr. Hight was a music school teacher for fifteen years working closely with Jr High students as a band instructor, confidant and mentor to many. He also became a Dr. of Chiropractic in 1997. He worked as a musician for 50 years as a singer and accomplished organ and brass player. Wayne leaves a lifetime of love and cherished memories to be celebrated by his wife Jeannine, daughter Tiara and four grandchildren Demetric, Marcus, Zander and the late Ivanho McNeil as well as a host of loving family and dear friends. A service will be held on Saturday, September 28th at the Baptist Church of all Nations, 61 Winthrop Street in Taunton at 2 PM.
