Dominic Michael Longo, 11 weeks old, of New Bedford died September 22, 2013 at Hasbro Children's Hospital in the arms of his loving parents.
Born in New Bedford, he was the beloved son of Gregory M. and Sarah (Roy) Longo of New Bedford.
Survivors include his parents; his maternal great-grandmother, Rita (Grenon) Archer of Marion; his maternal grandparents, Dr. Louis A. Roy, Jr. and Diane L. (Grenon) Roy of Fairhaven; his paternal grandparents, Michael E. Longo and Mary F. (Markey) Longo of New Bedford; 3 uncles, Captain Christopher Roy of San Diego, CA, Dr. Craig Longo and his wife Jennifer of Dartmouth and Jeffrey Longo and his wife Jennifer of New Bedford; and 3 cousins, Jack, Madison and Gianna Longo.
Funeral from the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford Thursday, September 26th at 9 AM. Funeral Mass at Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church at 10 AM. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. Visiting hours will be on Wednesday, September 25th from 4-8 PM.
