O’Brien, Anne B. of West Roxbury, September 19, 2013. Beloved daughter of the late John O’Brien and Ethel (Hutchinson). Loving Sister of Ethel M. O’Brien of West Roxbury, and the late John J. O’Brien, and Cpl. Paul J. O’Brien, U.S.M.C., who lost his life in WWII. Cherished aunt of the late Nancy Lee O’Brien. Also survived by her loving family of friends – both near and far. Anne will be greatly missed by all those who were blessed to have known her. She was a graduate of Girls Latin School, Boston and received her BA and M.Ed., degrees from Boston State Teachers College. Anne served as a teacher, administrator, and community superintendent in the Boston Public School System for many years. Funeral from the William J. Gormley Funeral Home 2055 Centre St. WEST ROXBURY, Monday, Sept.23rd at 9 am, followed by a Funeral Mass in Holy Name Church at 10 o’clock. Visiting hours Sunday 2-6 pm.
