Timothy H. Wade
Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Thursday, September 19, 2013, Mr. Timothy H. Wade, 73, husband of Joan E. Wade.
Mr. Wade was a graduate of Richmond Academy. He served 6 years in the US Navy aboard the USS Gearing. He worked for Columbia Nitrogen as well as Saudi Aramco Oil Co. Mr. Wade was a member of Abilene Baptist Church and loved serving in the choir and orchestra.
Family members in addition to his wife include sons: Brian Keith Wade, Scott Garrett Wade and his wife Dana Marie; and grandchildren: Anna Rebecca Wade, Matthew James Wade, and Riley Paige Von Sternberg.
A graveside service will be held Monday, September 23, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. in Westover Memorial Park with Rev. Bill Harrell officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be Abilene Baptist Church Choir and his Monday Group from My Friends Restaurant.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Tim. H Wade to the choir and orchestra at Abilene Baptist Church, 3917 Washington Road, Augusta, GA 30907.
