TAUNTON – William T. D’Espinosa, a long-time Norton resident and more recently Taunton resident, passed away peacefully at home after a long battle with cancer on Monday, September 16, 2013 surrounded by his family. He was 63 years old. Bill was the loving husband of Carol A. (Busch) D’Espinosa for 34 years. He was the devoted father of Scott W. Enegren of Palm Coast, FL and son-in-law of Gertrude J. Busch of Plainville, MA. He leaves behind 5 grandchildren: Ryan & Shawn Enegren of Attleboro, MA, Abigail, Ava and Addison Enegren of North Attleboro, MA. Born on November 3, 1949, beloved son of the late John W. D’ Espinosa and F. Marion (Kimball), he is survived by his family: Mary-Ellen D’Espinosa & Richard Posklensky & their sons John and Chris of Millis, MA, Jean D’Espinosa & Gairy Strassenberg of Medford, MA & her daughter Laura Fiske of Dorchester, MA, Bill & Debbie Prescott of Plainville, MA, Steven & Kathy Busch of Plainville, MA and dear friends: Ted & Valerie Schensnol of Wrentham, MA, Paul & Diane Grasso of California, Paul & Oksana Dunn of Connecticut, Kim Rowland of Mansfield, MA, Fred White of Walpole, MA, Russ & Connie Ostrom of Indiana and Rick G of Attleboro, MA.Mr. D’Espinosa was a graduate of Norwood High School Class of 1967. He enlisted in the US Army and honorably served in Vietnam as a combat photographer. Bill was employed at Polaroid and Northrop in Norwood. He was the owner of D’Espinosa Photography for 12 years in Norton, MA.
He was a staunch defender of the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution and a member of the Mansfield Fish & Game Club, Taunton Gun Club and Disabled American Veterans.
Bill was a loving son, husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle and friend who will be missed by many.
