Ruby Rogers Daniel
Evans, GA – Ruby Rogers Daniel, 93, wife of the late Dr. Ernest F. Daniel, Jr., entered into rest on Sunday, September 15, 2013.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at Westover Memorial Park Mausoleum with Rev. Alan Smith officiating.
Ruby lived in the Augusta area for many years. She was a Registered Nurse and helped her husband, Dr. Ernest F. Daniel, Jr. run his medical practice. Ruby was a member of the Augusta Garden Club and a founding member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening, watching the Braves, and cooking for her family. Ruby was a nurturer and caregiver for anyone she came in contact with. She genuinely loved everyone, especially her granddaughter and great grandchildren.
Survivors include her son, Ernest Wayne Daniel and wife Victoria Marie of Evans, GA; one granddaughter, Audra Elizabeth Tedesco and husband Larry of Cumming, GA; three great grandchildren, Alex Tedesco, Hannah Tedesco, and Jackson Tedesco.
The family will greet friends following the service.
