Erich Damm
Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Thursday, September 12, 2013, Mr. Erich Damm, loving husband of Margaretha Damm.
Mr. Damm retired from the US Army as a 1st Sergeant after 20 years of service. He also retired from the IRS after 15 years.
Family members in addition to his wife include daughter: Diana P. Walker and husband William of Bossier City, LA; son: Anthony J. Damm and the late Amy Minick Damm of Augusta; grandchildren: Taylor Peel, Rebecca Walker, Addison Damm, Andrew Walker, Malary Damm; brother: Kurt Damm of Germany; sisters: Gisela Grebe and Christel Damm both of Germany.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 16, 2013 at 4:00 PM in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Deacon George Foster and Deacon David Kriegel officiating. Friends attending are invited to visit with the family and have refreshments in the garden room.
