Obituary

Quirino D'Andrea died Thursday, September 12 after a lengthy illness.

Born in Italy the son of the late Domenico and Rachele (Temaglia) D'Andrea, he lived in the North End of Boston for 60 years, moving to Charlestown two years ago. Quirino worked as a pressman in the garment industry.

He was the loving brother of Giovanni D'Andrea of Switzerland, Rocco and Nicolo D'Andrea, Concetta D'Ottavio, Maria DiSipio, all of Italy, and the late Camillo "Charlie" D'Andrea and Assunta D'Alleva. He was the devoted uncle of Domenic D'Andrea and his wife Pamela of Medford, Anthony D'Andrea and his wife Carla of Hanover, and the cherished brother-in-law of Filomena D'Andrea of Medford. He also leaves many loving great-nieces and nephews.

A funeral will be held from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Monday at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High Street, Medford, at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday 4 - 8 PM. Services will conclude with entombment at Holy Cross Mausoleum, Malden.
