Timothy P. Arruda, age 69, of Corinna, ME, formerly of Fall River, passed away on September 7, 2013 at Eastern Maine Medical. He was the loving husband of Glorie (Deshaine) Arruda and the son of the late Joseph and Elvira (Silvia) Arruda. Born in Fall River but retired in Maine as a boiler maker for Local 29.
Timothy was the father of Kim Major of Newton; step-father of Justin and Richard Cowen of Fall River; brother of Edward Arruda of FL, David Arruda of Somerset and Shirley Arruda of Fall River; grandfather of Kyle Major (wife Amanda) of ME, Wyatt, Keelan and Ava Cowen all of Fall River. He also leaves behind 3 great-granddaughters. He was predeceased by his siblings Dot Marchand, Joseph Arruda and Loraine Dickenson.
