Obituary

Manchester– Stanley P. Kosowicz, 95, died September 9, 2013 at his home following a brief illness.
He was born in Manchester on March 3, 1918 the son of Peter and Caroline (Berezowska) Kosowicz and was a lifelong resident of this city.
He served in the US Navy as Seaman 1st Class during WWII. He was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters and a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Parish.
Stanley had a variety of interests including reading, fishing, following sports, telling stories and always bringing a smile to all he came in contact with. He will be dearly missed by all.
He was predeceased by his wife Rose M. (Prue) Kosowicz on July 28, 2012.
Members of his family include 2 sons, Richard P. Kosowicz and his wife Rita of Manchester, Kenneth M. Kosowicz and his wife Bernadine of Windham, 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was also predeceased by his son Stanley J. Kosowicz , a daughter-in-law Suzanne J. Kosowicz and a brother Joseph Kosowicz.
Services: Calling hours will be Thursday from 6 to 8 pm at the J.N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St.. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday at 10 am in Blessed Sacrament Church, 14 Elm St.. Burial will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Goffstown.
