Obituary

Ingrid (Mueller) duCille, age 81, of Brockton, died peacefully September 7, 2013 at Goddard Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. She was born, raised and educated in Kaiserslautern, Germany, daughter of the late Otto and Helene (Kiefer) Mueller. In 1960 she came to the United States and had been a resident of Brockton since 1972. For several years Ingrid had been employed at the Eastside Shaw’s Supermarket. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, and just talking with people. She also enjoyed watching cooking shows, the PBS Channel, and had been a longtime member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses’ Campello Congregation.

She is survived by her children: Doris Stenton of Brockton, Mark Stenton of Daytona, FL, Adrian duCille of West Yarmouth, Beverly Lovejoy of Port St. Lucie, FL, Marie Gordon of Pittsburgh, PA and David duCille of New York, New York; many grandchildren and a sister Margot Potusek of Vancouver, British Columbia. She was the mother of the late John Stenton, Jr. and sister of the late Erika Siotto, Luise Skok and Waltraud Hunsinger.

Visitation will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Thursday from 10:30-11:30am followed by a funeral service at 11:30am. Burial in Melrose Cemetery. Donations in Ingrid’s name may be made to Project Bread-The Walk for Hunger, 145 Border Street, East Boston, MA 02128.
