Alterine E. "Jenny" (Johnson) Hall, 78, of New Bedford died September 7, 2013 at St. Luke's Hospital.
Born in St. Andrew, Jamaica, the daughter of the late Violet G. (Harman) Walker and Beris Johnson, she lived in Detroit, Michigan before moving to New Bedford 40 years ago.
Survivors include her children, Andrew Rapley and Joan Rapley; her siblings, Joe and Muriel Madden; two grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 12th at 10 AM at the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. Burial will follow in Rural Cemetery. Visiting hours will be on Wednesday, September 11th from 4-8 PM.
