WILLIAM C. “BILL” WATKINS, 89, passed away on September 8, 2013.
He was a retired employee of CSX Railroad and an Air Force veteran of WW II.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sandra Kay Watkins and his son, Terry Lee Watkins.
Survivors include his beloved wife of over 61 years, Sarah (Keene) “Billie” Watkins; grandsons, Mick and Nigel Watkins; and great grandson, Grayson Watkins.
Funeral services will be 12 p.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
