Edward O. Farrell age 71 of Canton passed away September 6th at the Norwood hospital. Born in Indonesia, he was educated and raised in the Netherlands and came to the United States at the age of 20. He previously lived in Uxbridge and moved to Canton in 2006. Beloved husband of the late Nancy M. (Smith). Father of Yvonne El-Khoury of Canton, Joyce Flannery and her husband Brian of Randolph and Corey Farrell of Holbrook. Step-father of Missy, Jamie and Scott Slattery. Brother of Martha Rosen and her husband Daniel of Brockton, Iris Farrell of Stoughton, Mabel Clancy of Stoughton, Alveria Yee and her husband John of Wrentham, Reginald Farrell of Canton and the late Charles Farrell. Also survived by 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 2 nieces and 4 nephews. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Tuesday 4-8 pm. Funeral mass at St. John the Evangelist Church Canton Wednesday morning at 10:30. Burial Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
