Mr. James Vincent Allard, a resident of Andover for the past eight years and formerly of Lynn, died at the Lawrence General Hospital in Lawrence on Sunday, June 23, 2013. He was 75 years old.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, on April 7, 1938, he was the beloved son of the late Louis J. and Ila (Manna) Allard. Mr. Allard was a vietnam Navy veteran.
James worked as a welder for many years at General Electric in Lynn.
Mr. Allard will be missed by his loving sister; Nancy Lee Allard of Andover and devoted nephew; Jake Allard of Andover. He was also the brother of the late Kristine Louise Allard.
