Obituary

Robert Aniston Walker, 18, of Blackstone, passed away Sunday, September 1st. He leaves his parents, Sabrina Givins-Walker of Blackstone and Robert Walker of Kingston, Jamaica; two brothers, Tremon Walker and Jamel Walker both of Blackstone; his maternal grandparents, Harriet “Julie” Hale and Willie Givins of Worcester; his paternal grandmother, Joyce Walker of Kingston, Jamaica, several aunts including, Heather, Vertia, Felicia, Estelle, Shiella Givins, Erica Givins-Brown and Sherry Germain all of Worcester; several uncles including, Kevin Davis, Willie Watson and Roland Perry all of Worcester; the love of his life, Christier Herrera of Worcester. Robert also leaves many cousins, great aunts, great uncles and friends. He was predeceased by an aunt, Samantha Givins and his paternal grandfather, Alfonso Walker.
He was born in Worcester and attended Quinsigamond Community College. Robert was a strong and loyal young man. Rob was smart and athletic, he played several years for the Worcester Vikings Pop Warner football, Friendly House Basketball and other youth leagues. Robert enjoyed listening to music and spending time with family and friends. He had a smile that would light up the room. Robert will be deeply missed by so many.
Robert's family would like to extend their gratitude to those of you who have extended your sympathy and condolences. We appreciate and thank you for your concern.
Funeral services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Calling hours are Tuesday, September 10th from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester.
